Every tee is printed especially for your order, so please check the size guide before you buy. If something is not right with your tee, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at [email protected] and tell us what happened. A photo helps.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your tee arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, you are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act. Send us your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you. You won’t need to send the faulty tee back unless we ask.
Change of mind
Because each tee is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size or colour. The size guide on every product page gives the measurements of each size, and we are happy to help you choose before you order.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
